Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and things come up at the last minute, but we kindly ask for a 24 hour notice to change your appointment. 

Any appointments that need to be canceled or changed must be done within 24 hours of your appointment time. Past this time frame, any changes made will result in a charge of 50% of your appointment cost. This CANNOT be applied to any future appointments or refunded under any circumstances. A valid card must be on file to book appointments 

In the event of a no call/no show for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your appointment total. This amount CANNOT be applied to future appointments or refunded under any circumstances. 

 

Late Policy

A five minute grace period is allowed, anytime after five minutes we will gladly reschedule your appointment if there isn't sufficient time to effectively perform the service that is scheduled. This will be up to the esthetician’s discretion.
